If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The content provided on TRADINGLUX, including but not limited to data analysis, journal features, charts, AI-generated insights, and portfolio tracking, is for informational and educational purposes only.

Not an Advisor: OREN LUXENBURG is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial analyst, or tax attorney.
No Recommendation: No content on the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security.

6. User-Generated Content & Journal

You are solely responsible for the data, notes, and records you enter into the TRADINGLUX Journal. The Company is not responsible for any errors in your personal records or for any decisions made based on such records.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OREN LUXENBURG, TRADINGLUX, ITS AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OREN LUXENBURG and TRADINGLUX from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription Tiers

FREE: Basic features with limited functionality.
STANDARD: Core features for active traders.
PRO: Full access to all features including advanced analytics.
GOLD: Premium tier with priority support and exclusive features.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be preserved for 30 days after subscription expiration to allow for re-subscription.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund. 10. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the TRADINGLUX Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance (typically performed during low-usage hours)
Emergency maintenance or security updates
Third-party service outages (data providers, hosting, etc.)
Force majeure events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance. We are not liable for any trading losses or missed opportunities due to service downtime.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or any activity that may harm the Service or other users. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
